		<description>Great article! I agree with everything said, but think it is so important for Brands using YouTube to encourage comments and ratings. Watch any video by a popular YouTube partner, and you&#039;ll always see them asking questions, asking for ratings, and keeping their audience engaged. Ratings and comments are engagement metrics (YouTube even calls them that in YouTube Insights), but I don&#039;t see many companies giving them the amount of attention that I feel they deserve.
